Terms for Jacant products.

These terms govern use of jacant.com and, unless product-specific terms say otherwise, applications and services published by Jacant. By using a product, you agree to these terms and the applicable app-store terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use Jacant products lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with a product, bypass security controls, access another person’s account, misuse automated systems, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use a product to violate another person’s rights.

Purchases and subscriptions

App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Subscription price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account as described by Apple. Features may vary by plan. Where required, use Restore Purchases to recover an existing entitlement.

Content and intellectual property

Jacant and its licensors retain rights in their software, brands, interfaces, and original content. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Jacant only the rights reasonably needed to operate and improve the product. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Availability and changes

Products may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We aim to communicate material changes when reasonably possible. Beta or prerelease features may be incomplete.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Jacant does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, or medical advice. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.

Termination

You may stop using a product at any time and may request account deletion where available. Jacant may restrict access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements.
