Account deletion

Delete your account and data.

If a Jacant app allows account creation, the app will provide a way to initiate account deletion from within the app. Deleting an app from your device does not delete its account.

Delete from the app

1. Open the Jacant app and sign in.
2. Open Settings or Account.
3. Select Delete Account and review what will be removed.
4. Confirm the request using the verification method shown.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@jacant.com with the app name and the email address associated with the account. Do not send a password or authentication code. We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request.

What deletion means

Account data and user-generated content associated with the account will be deleted or de-identified unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or another legal obligation. Backup copies may remain temporarily until routine rotation completes.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel any active subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
