Privacy policy

Privacy, explained clearly.

This policy explains how Jacant handles information through jacant.com and Jacant-published applications. An application may provide an additional notice describing product-specific practices; that notice supplements this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: details sent in support messages, account information entered in a Jacant application, and content you choose to submit.
• Technical information: device and app version, diagnostics, crash information, IP address, requested page, and timestamps when needed for security and reliability.
• Purchase information: transaction status or entitlement information supplied by an app store. Jacant does not receive your full payment-card number from Apple.

Each app’s App Store privacy label and product-specific notice identify the data that app collects. Jacant does not collect data merely because it is listed here.

How information is used

• Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve products.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account requests.
• Maintain purchases, subscriptions, and service communications.
• Meet legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

Sharing and tracking

Jacant may use service providers that host infrastructure, deliver messages, process diagnostics, or support app functionality. They may process information only to provide those services under appropriate safeguards. Jacant does not sell personal information. Any app that uses data for tracking across other companies’ apps or websites will request permission where Apple requires it and disclose that practice in its app-specific notice and App Store privacy label.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Jacant uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@jacant.com. If an app lets you create an account, it will also provide an in-app way to initiate deletion. See the account deletion page. We may verify identity before completing a request and may retain information where legally required.

Children

Unless an app’s listing and specific notice say otherwise, Jacant products are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information contrary to an app’s requirements, contact us.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, Jacant uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
